Spring and autumn sowing Cabbage Seeds F1 Mozart are a flexible and productive variety. They perform well under stressed conditions due to vigorous root systems, plus they have very good standing/holding ability without cracking. A good source of vitamins A and C, donâ€t waste the healthy outer, darker green leaves – these leaves contain the most nutrients, so shred them and steam or use in stir-fries. Year 1: Sow late February to May and October. Plant mid-April to July. Harvest July to October. Year 2: Plant March and Harvest July. Sow February to May to harvest July to October or October to harvest in July (year 2).
